I have been working in the Japanese financial industry for more than 30 years. In this lecture, I would like to consider what would be important for women to be able to demonstrate their full potential in the workplace on the basis of my personal views and experiences.
日本の金融機関で30年以上働いてきた自身の視点や経験も含め、「職場で女性が働きやすくするにはどうするか」について考えます。
